I loved everything about this property, stuff, and all. I would come back again. Only thing I wish there were small fridge/cooler to keep my drinks cold, but other than that awesome place, town, and people!

The accommodations and location were great. The only problem was in arranging an airport transfer. I contacted the hotel 6 or 7 times over a period of 6 weeks until I was able to get a response.

It's a beautiful lush property, walking distance from the center and the river. They're very helpful with arranging transport to the airport or anywhere. The restaurant is very nice and they have an outside bar by the pool that's open at night for coffee, drinks and snacks.They've done some refurbishing to the rooms, they're simple and clean with great AC and wifi. I've stayed there a number of times through the years and it's always been a wonderful retreat in Chiapa de Corzo!

Buen servicio,

La llegada al hotel y el recibimiento fue bueno. Tenían mi reservación sin ningún problema. Me tocaron tres habitaciones en la primera planta en la primera noche dos de las habitaciones no tuvieron agua caliente, no hay teléfono en la habitación a si que tuve que marcar desde mi celular a la recepción, después de varios intentos intentos recurrieron a mi habitacion. Se Argumentó es que teníamos que esperar más tiempo para que saliera el agua caliente, la habitación le falta un poco de iluminación. Además de agregarle unas cortinas blackout.

Muy recomendable!

El hotel La Ceiba es perfecto para descansar después de los tours que se realizan en la zona. A solo 2 cuadras del zócalo, 16 min de Tuxtla y poco más de media hora tanto de San Cristóbal como del aeropuerto. Nos gustó mucho porque tiene el ambiente Chiapaneco que esperas encontrar sin perder la comodidad: muy amplio, y sus jardines son una delicia con toda esa variedad infinita de plantas. Me encantó la alberca! La habitación que nos tocó estaba impecable. No tuvimos ruidos externos a pesar de que estaban componiendo la calle de a lado. El restaurante ofrece platillos para todos los gustos, incluida la comida típica. Mi único comentario es el horario de servicio, solo hasta las 3 pm si bien tiene su bar-cafetería que te da lo básico. Nos encantó la amabilidad chiapaneca del servicio, especialmente de la recepción. Muy recomendable.

Muy bonito hotel, el servicio del restaurante y bar de 10, la comida muy rica, ubicación excelente, solo en la habitación salieron 2 cucarachas que nos dio desconfianza, y no había agua caliente, cosa que nos dio se necesitaba ya que hacía mucho calor

Todo bien, un lugar muy tranquilo y con bastante vegetación... Llevar repelente porque hay muchos mosquitos. En cuanto a los cócteles, muy ricos la verdad y bien servidos. Limpieza del hotel en general bueno. La regadera en el cuarto no tiene puerta, ni cortina por lo que sale mucha agua y el baño queda muy mojado a pesar de ser piso de piedra.

Un hotel adecuado si visitas Chiapa de Corzo.

Un hotel adecuado si visitas Chiapa de Corzo. El hecho de que el restaurante no esté abierto todo el día hace que uno tenga que salir del lugar. Por lo anterior, el estar relajado todo el día en el lugar, no es opción.
