It is just out of the busy area, so it’s a quiet and comfortable place. We even got a clear night to watch the stars from our bed.

Just 2 recommendations that will help improve overall experience for all guests and increase satisfaction. 1. Install motion sensor night lights in the hallways and stairs. Waking the halls and using the stairs in the dark is dangerous. Install them for the safety of your guests and avoid becoming liable of possible injuries. 2. I was in room 330 for 4 nights. Everything was perfect except with the bathroom's sink faucet. It needs to be replaced. Everytime i brushed my teeth i ended up with a wet shirt.

LA HABITACION BIEN PERO EL BAÑO NUNCA TUVE AGUA CALIENTE Y NO HAY MUCHA SEPARACION ENTRE LA TAZA Y LA REGADERA POR LO QUE SE MOJABA MUCHO TODO EL TIEMPO ESTABA MOJADO, EL RESTAURANT NUNCA TUVO SERVICIO, EL AIRE TIRABA AGUA, Y LA TELEVISIÓN DEJO DE FUNCIONAR DOS DIAS ANTES DE QUE SALIERA, ACEPTABLE COMO PARA ESTAR MUY POCOS DÍAS, LAS PERSONAS DE RECEPCION MUY AMABLES, PERO SOLO HABIA UNA PERSONA EN TODO EL HOTEL PARA LA LIMPIEZA POR LO QUE DEMORABAN EN LIMPIAR

Wouldn't recommend this place to no one to start they didn't give us the rooms we had reserved because they gave them to someone and we had paid extra for specific bed size. Rooms were not very clean. Mold was all over the bathroom and dirt on the beds. Blankets and towels were dirty and the swimming pool was moldy. When we ask to cancel one night because of conditions they refused. Parking lot is very small you get ask to move your car frequently.
