The front desk staff were super nice and friendly. The property is in a nicer area away from the noise. The pool was a perfect temperature. The rooms were decent with A/C. The service in the pool was below average. There were about 3 other small parties (2-3 people) and drinks took long. Other than that, recommended.

El lugar en general me parece que esta en buenas condiciones, perp la atención muy cuestionable, en la habitación no había señal de WiFi y solicite que me apoyaran, subió una chica solo a corroborar que no había señal pero jamás resolvieron el problema.

La atención es de lo mejor la señorita Elena siempre tan atenta. Buscando que nuestra estancia fuera de lo mejor. La alberca es planta baja ideal para niños y pero as con alguna limitación física puedes estar sentando en el restaurante y disfrutar de la vista en la alberca y seguir viendo a tus pequeños. Lo único malo fue que en esta ocasión el restaurante estuvo fuera de servicio y eso dificulta más las actividades..

El personal muy atento desde que llegas, las habitaciones muy limpias, todo muy cómodo, la piscina por la temporada el agua estaba tibia, pero disfrutable, la barra con variedad de bebidas, lo único malo no había servicio de comida. Es el lugar perfecto para descansar y disfrutar.

Todo estuvo muy bien, solamente revomendar la temperatura del agua en las habitaciones, a mi nunca me salió caliente y en lo personal no utilizo muy caliente, pero otros puede ser que si En el restaurante no hay todo lo de la carta y solo una persona para atender restaurante y bar, no es posible que asi atienda bien pues es necesario más personal y eso que no había mucha gente La mayor parte de la estancia hubo eventos sociales
