Hotel ist modern und sauber. Dusche mitten im Raum ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber gut. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt’s genügend. Da es mitten in der Innnenstadt ist, ist die Umgebung okay, aber nicht wunderlich schön. Hotelpersonal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend für eine Nacht. Nur die Parkmöglichkeiten sind etwas schwierig, wenn man Nachts ankommt.

Panne électrique, pas de climatisation

chambre 335 le 10.08.24 pas d’électricité ni de climatisation, nous avons eu très chaud toute la nuit. La « boss » est venue constater la panne dans la chambre et nous a proposé le remboursement du petit déjeuner!!! Lors du check out cette dame (la responsable avec une veste verte) était très désagréable comme si nous étions la cause du problème. Elle a dit qu’elle ne voulait pas perdre son temps avec nous pour un remboursement. Elle ne s’est pas excusé pour le désagrément mais au contraire parlait et rigolait de la situation avec le technicien qui est venu réparer la panne dans la chambre. Elle ne nous a pas non plus salué lors de notre départ. Pour une responsable c’est vraiment déplorable. Nous ni étions pour rien dans cette panne d’électricité! Nous avons été remboursé à 50% de la chambre mais la personne en question est vraiment désagréable!!

Empfang nicht freundlich, man war nicht wirklich willkommen Tolle Zimmer, modern, sehr sauber aber keine gute Betten. Hart, unbequem und keine guten Materialien. Schade
