“It was nice having our own room but also a communal area where we could have use of the kitchen. The breakfast was good with eggs from the farm and the owner welcoming making this an overall good choice and would recommend.”

“We received a lovely welcome on arrival and throughout our 2 night stay the staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. We stayed in a beautiful double room with generous coffee, tea and hot chocolate provided for. The fridge was appreciated - kept the sparkling water and fresh milk nice and cold. Fabulous spacious bathroom with gorgeous shower, luxurious towels, toiletries and bath robes. The room was refreshed for our second night so lovely to return to after a busy day out. Enjoyed the...

“Excellent place but a bit isolated and far away from everything, it is in the middle of nowhere”

“Room and all areas of hotel were very clean, bed very comfortable and beautiful location by the river in a quiet area. Room had everything you’d need. The hotel and room in particular does need a little TLC. Furniture old and worn, carpet in room needed replacing and walls could do with a new lick of paint. Grounds have seen better days but have a lot of potential.”

“The Hotel was perfect for our stay . New clean rooms comfortable bed and up to date shower room with shower gel and shampoo. Breakfast was good value for money with plenty of choices . We would stay again if visiting the area”
