The location was great and the property itself had a lot of potential. However, the rooms were not very clean, and parts of the property appeared rusty and in need of maintenance. This is a nice hotel - looks like new! The air conditioning in our room worked great! That’s the end of our positive experience. There was a cockroach in our room. No daily room cleaning, although we were not told this… and a sign in the bathroom indicated we could leave our towels on the floor to be changed. When we asked for towels at the front desk (due to the lack of room cleaning), we were told they had no clean towels to give us. There were multiple other smaller issues. Very disappointed in this hotel.

Everything was exactly as described. The suite was a home away from home with all the amenities. The staff that I interacted with were friendly and polite. The only issue was that breakfast needed replenishing around 8 am. They were out of the hot items (sausage, eggs, and breakfast sandwiches). It was not a major problem due to the other items that were served and they were healthier :-)
