The manager and all staff made this the best experience. I stayed in the same hotel in a different city the night before and it was the worse experience I ever had. So I was glad I gave it another shot.

This property was very relaxing ! I want to say how amazing these staff members were and how welcoming and friendly they were which made my stay even more pleasant. Erica was very helpful and great, kineta, Nyla, and the front desk clerk I don’t know how to spell her name but she worked Easter Sunday her name also starts with a k was so friendly and so hospitable. I truly enjoyed this stay.

There wasn't a fan in the bathroom so it steamed up after a shower. The beds were not firm at all and slipped off the boxspring/stand. We had to ask for additional towels as they didn't restock daily. The location was great. The price was increased alot for the graduation weekend.

Fairfield Inn Tuscaloosa

The weather was really bad when I arrived, rain was pouring, and yet - Adrian the General Manager was mopping the floor at the front entrance. He helped me take my luggage to the room. Definitely, above and beyond!!

We stay at other Fairfield Inn before but was disappointed with this location . The room was not well kept, low quality maintenance such as no soap and body lotion by sink area. Only body wash and shampoo on shower. The bed sheet were ripped and bath towels were very worn. I am think cleaning person must missed these issues but should be check carefully before check ins. Breakfast okay
