Vacations Close To Turner-Dodge House and Heritage Center

I wasn't sure that the sheets had been changed from the last customer. No drinking cups for me to take my medication. Dirty bathroom. Molding shower curtain. When I left, the hallway smelled like vomit.

My elderly parents stayed for 8 nights. Room was clean when they arrived, but never cleaned during their stay. My mom, coming from abroad had to go several times to the main office to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. When she asked for the room to be cleaned, she was told that they clean only after 11 nights. Excellent room and location, poor service.

We highly recommend! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The inn is very beautiful-a historical treasure. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The four poster bed was so comfortable! Breakfast was delicious. We loved it!

Staff very friendly

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were great! However, there was no air conditioning when you entered the lobby and it had a funky smell. The breakfast was not much to write home about; no peanut butter, only jam, and I found the artificial eggs to be unpleasant. I don’t think I’d stay again.
