Amazing location, affordable. Few amenities and the beds had disgusting stains. Also we couldn't get the room dark enough (morning was early and bright).

Simple hotel with good location.

The toilet construction needs improvement. Toilet roll is far away from toilet seat. Showering will splash waters nearly everywhere. The blankets are dirty with brown patches on most of them. Location is perfect in the middle of the city. Basic amenities are ok, no more no less.

Attractive location

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It has a central location with access to restaurants, the city main plaza, and important cultural attraction such as the Cathedral and the river strip in case one life's to walk.

Ideal location

Felt this had the basics and prefer the amenities offered here than your traditional hotel. Convenience stores are all walkable along with cafes for breakfast or other meals.

It was conveniently located and easy to find and access our room. It was clean and had enough space for a family of four. Our only issue was that we booked for 4 and only had 2 duvets. We used the phone in the lobby to contact customer service. They gave us access to the housekeeping closet so we could get two additional duvets, but there were only duvet covers. I took 4 covers so we could layer to keep warm since my kids were sleeping without blankets.

This place is BUDGET, so I cannot complain. But it was tight for four people. Cheap and walkable. You know what you’re getting. The breakfast deal with the cafe on the corner was great!

Nice and spatious room. The room located on the top floor was quiet, in spite of it central location in Turku. Minor critique: Some ventilation was constantly running and could not be switched off. Only one of the two windows could be opened, and also this one only tilted for 15 cm. A bit more serious critique: The electrical heater for preparing tea or coffee (using the tea bags or coffee powder nicely provided) did not work and likely is permantly broken.
