Great hotel

The Oliver Hotel is the only place we will stay when we visit family in Knoxville. Beautifully appointed lobby, stairways, elevator, hallways and Rooms! We stay twice a year at the Oliver now for 4 to 7 days at a time. The beds are dreamy! Cozy, super clean rooms with everything one needs and MORE! Love the temperature controls for cooling down the hot summers and heating up cooler Christmas nights. Valet parking is easy—not to mention that Cruz Farms Ice Cream is just up the block! Friendly help and advice from Chris and AJ is top notch. The restaurant food and the fun drinks and snacks at the Library bar are not to be missed. All the staff at the Oliver get gold stars! Treat yourself to the exceptional Hospitality at the Oliver Hotel in Knoxville, TN.

The only flaw was a sweat smell throughout the entire lobby. From the time you got off the elevator!

My room was okay, but the bathroom was not great. Shower wouldn’t drain, faucet was facing sideways, and control was broken. No washcloths. Water for a fee. Parking was confusing.
