We arrived early and were able to store our luggage. The friendly staff advised us where we could go to the tourist office. The rooms were clean and ours has a nice window with double doors to look out onto the street. Our travelling companions room had a balcony. The buffet breakfast had something for everyone. Be sure to eat at the restaurant next door - prices ate very reasonable with a good selection to choose from and 10% off for guests at the hotel. It is a good location.

Excellent property and grear location, very clean and restaurant closes late (1AM) which ia a great advantage if you arrive late. The only challenge is that they do not have airco in the rooms only ceiling fans and do not have iron nor iron board in the rooms nor in the entire hotel.

Very nice hotel, especially for the price

Great location with large rooms and an incredible breakfast! Unfortunately our room was overlooking a busy street which made it noisy at night but you can email them to book a quiet room. They are overlooking a lovely courtyard.

Great location, breakfast no scrambled eggs

Great location 15 minutes walk from train station, very close to visiting sites. Friendly people. Breakfast has a great selection of sweets but very limited food option. Cheese and ham sandwiches, 2 options of omelets (not to my taste) no regular omelet or scrambled eggs.

It is in a very convenient location. Only five minutes from the Duomo and other attractions. It is, however about 15 or so minute from the train station. Wonderful hotel!

The only redeeming quality of this place was the location. A total of three cockroaches in my room during my three day stay, after closing off each drain after the first. Staff didn't seem to mind. Surely you're better off spending a little extra to not have these roommates. bathroom appliances were falling apart, bed was incredibly hard. at least the AC works!

Spotty WIFI was my only complaint. Wonderfully located, quiet. Great help from the desk ( loan on a BIG umbrella . The breakfast bar is superb with vegetable quiches , a variety of fresh fruit …2 kinds of croissants and many more choices.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at Le Petite Hotel. The room and bath were large, comfortable, updated, stylish, and very clean. Every day the room was attended to, and the towels were replaced. This hotel is centrally located (about 10 minutes from Torino Porto Nuova train station). We were able to easily walk to all the places we visited. Best of all was the incredible staff who assisted us in many ways, including allowing us to stay an additional night on very short notice due to the railway strike. Thank you all very much, and we will definitely stay here again when we return to Torino.

Room facing a very loud street (drivers making very loud noise and a big protest on Sunday morning) in spite of apparent boise insulation in the window. WiFi really low quality: had to re log in every few hours and after moving from room to breakfast or to the lobby. Good bed, good shower (stingy shower gel) and skin smelling like bleach after using clean towels. Friendly staff. Breakfast on the stingy side with coffee cups side, expect lots of sweet options as well as healthy ones. Room includes a fridge and a supermarket is just across the street.

I had a Room adjacent to the Lift and closing and opening doors during the night were very noisy and seriously affected my sleeping. Continental Breakfast was very good. Receptionist was quite rude when I was checking as part way through the process she took a phone call and then proceeded to discuss and issue with a colleague.

Le Petit Hotel is within easy walking distance of most of the tourist sites, pretige shops and cafes. The area is busy in the day but is very quiet at night. The on site restaurant had very tasty food and provided an opportunity for a late al fresco dinner after arriving at the hotel late in the evening. Staff are very attentive and helpful and the buffet breakfast was more than I expected. No air conditioning in the room so it's a bit warm when night temperatures are over 20 C. Otherwise. I had a very nice stay. I will definitely return.

I’m not going to allow the French man who checked us in RUIN our stay but he was very very rude and arrogant, you can tell he’s not happy working with the public. The other thing that was disappointing was I know when booking air conditioning is a MUST This place advertises air conditioning, but when checked into a room, nothing. The rude French Checking # guy said that must be a mistake. This building has no AC. Other than that clean rooms service at breakfast was beautiful all the other front desk Associates were gracious and kind except for the one that checked us in
