The location is great! The hotel is exactly what you expect from a 3 star hotel in Europe. The room had good AC which is very important to me. Relatively comfortable bed.

The hotel is conveniently close to Torino Porta Nuova station, but is also tucked away enough that it isn't busy. My room was clean and very comfortable with a spacious washroom. All must see tourist attractions are within a comfortable 15 minute walk, and delightful restaurants abound. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, even helping me find a coin laundry. I would definitely book again when I'm in Torino!

Staff very friendly and helpful, location great very close to station. Reception area and breakfast room pleasant. Room was basic and tram line right outside which was fine had we not had to open window as air con not activated by hotel until later in the year. Bathroom was very small but clean as was the room. Breakfast was plentiful and good value.

Great place - absolutely recommend

The place was great! Really close to Torino Porta Nuova and walking distance to the main attractions. The room was clean, the staff was really nice and the breakfast was great!!!

Very close to train station and shuttle to airport 15 min walk to city center Room was comfortable, big and clean. You could hear the train during the day Breakfast is additional but good and convenient Area seems a little bit sketchy at night to walk around

Beds were terrible. Smell was horrifying - had to sleep with windows open so we didn’t feel suffocated by smell. Extremely noisy street outside so we could not sleep. Bathroom was also tiny and terrible.

In advertisement claims to have safe deposit box. Only few rooms have and they are so small that you can hardly fit anything in them. We were offered several rooms all of the rooms had large spots on the carpet, not nice if you want a clean room. A room in a scandinavian prison cell would be nicer, very sparse. B-fast room is si small so that you have to pre reserve a 30 minutes window to have your b-fast. We needed to speak to the manager regrading problems, he never showed up!
