Was upgraded to a double when checking in, but the room was decorated totally in a depressing grey and looked tired. The Banksy-style wall art was seriously menacing for a woman travelling alone! Asked for a corkscrew as the bar didn’t seem to be manned at any time, but there was none available, and when I asked where I could get coffee (no facilities in room) concierge waved his arms towards the door saying that there weren’t plenty of coffee shops in the locale - unhelpful. On the bright side, breakfast at an adjoining building was plentiful with scrambled eggs, bacon bits, mini croissants and cake.

The worst hotel I've ever been in my life. The room was dirty and cold, the shower was not working (the water was flowing out really slowly and it cold) and my room was not cleaned.

Le zone comuni dell’hotel sono ben arredate e con un buon gusto per il design moderno con contaminazioni etniche. La nostra stanza, una matrimoniale, era pulita ma con i segni del tempo e richiederebbe una piena ristrutturazione. Il bagno, in ordine e pulito, andrebbe ripreso completamente. Zona centrale per Torino, siamo a Crocetta.

This is a very basic 4 star hotel about 20 minutes walk from Torino Porta Nuova station. The personel are very nice and hospitable, but the bedrooms and bathrooms need investment as they're old. In our room, the handle was coming off the window and the electrical socket was coming out of the wall. When you turned on the bathroom light, it made a loud noise. The shower head needs to be cleaned very well or better yet replaced. The breakfast was average and could be upgraded a bit with a minimum of effort. That said, the people are nice and if you book a few months before you can get a good price. That said,

Under construction? Only sheets on the bed, used the spare blanket in the closet. No power to the already locked safe. The fixtures in the bathroom still had tags and stickers. No towel or tp holders, just stored on the floor of the small shower. Construction dust and particles in the corners, at the base of doors and on the tiled bathroom walls. Quiet enough until construction crew started up before 8.

Hotel charmoso e estiloso. Está fora do centro histórico que está acessível a uma caminhada de 2km ou de transporte público. A uma caminhada mais curta se chega a estação Porta Nuova. Quarto amplo e banheiro bom, mas com água quente que não fica muito quente. Café da manhã muito bom.

Non sono solito recensire ma qui è d'obbligo sia verso Expedia che verso i prossimi clienti che volessero prenotare Struttura evitare come la morte stanza anni 70 fredda senza coperta se non in armadio condizionatore che si trova solo per estetica doccia fatiscente binari doccia pieni di ruggine flessibile rotto mancanza di presenza del cordoncino di emergenza in doccia mancanza di telefono in camera televisore in posizione non fruibile mancanza di acqua calda se non dopo svariati minuti , dal rubinetto e dal bidet acqua che non esce o se esce è marrone reception teli bagno che non sono teli ma asciugamani con una qualità prossima allo zero non idonea a risolvere le criticità anzi promettono di intervenire ma non viene fatto nulla assolutamente non un hotel 4 stelle in ultimo colazione grottesca il reparto dolci senza protezione uova e bacon non coperti mancanza di assortimento e selezione come dovrebbe avere un albergo 4 stelle salati solo 1 tipo di formaggio e prosciutto cotto poi con calma esce lo speck... questo è il secondo hotel con problemi mi chiedo se la città di Torino sia capace di avere strutture idonee alle stelle ed al prezzo richiesto...ho grossi dubbi
