“This was a quaint walkup near the centre of bath that was convenient for walking. Parking was exceptionally tight and hard to find, but once there, it worked. The apartment was older with bedrooms up another floor and only an on suite on the top floor. This could be a consideration depending on who you are travelling with. Manager was friendly, provided lots of information and advice and stocked the pantry with basics for our first morning - much appreciated. No AC - which was ok with fans when...

“Staying here was an absolute delight. Great location 5 min walk to bus stop and supermarket. Beautiful apartment with excellent kitchen, washer dryer (all in one), upstairs toilet and ensuites for both bedrooms downstairs. Comfortable, modern, clean. There were even extra touches with a lovely Xmas tree and decorations in the apartment. Great place to stay for families extra bed available for upstairs lounge room as well. Highly recommend this property! ”

“For older folks traveling from other places carrying heavy luggage, not being able to hold luggage in the room upon early arrival is a pain. Also, if not from Europe cells phones and internet don't work well so not being able to contact proprietors can be a problem. If you are able to contact them there's always an excuse as to why the response was late. A younger person would likely appreciate the flat more. “It's not a bad place. But filthy carpets were the main disappointment & filthy smoke butts outside the main door up stairs. Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee. That's why it wasn't value for money. The owner should put more effort into the place, instead of just taking the money.”
