El lugar se siente todo nuevo, los espacios son amplios. Las personas que nos atendieron aunque amables al parecer no conocen bien el sistema de reservas. Pero lo peor de todo fue que siendo pareja con niño y habiendo pagado cuadruple nos dieron cama de 1.20 m, no me había pasado ni en hoteles de 30 mil pesos en zonas apartadas.

Great staff super helpful. We came on out bikes and they were sure to help us find a safe place to store them overnight. Rooms were big shower was great pressure and super hot. We were able to walk to the thermal baths from the hotel. I recommend this place.

Needs improvement.

Once again in Colombia our hotel was not aware of our booking as it was completed through a third party which we were not told. Otherwise the hotel was clean and comfortable. Service was a bit “hit and miss. Breakfast tamales was full of pork fat and chicken bones. Wrong drinks provided at breakfast too! For the price per night this was not value for money.
