Buen hotel

Un excelente hotel, rodeado de naturaleza y mucha paz. El servicio es excelente, la habitación amplia y camas muy cómodas. Lo único que nos incomodó fue que la habitación estaba junto al cuarto de aseo y desde muy temprano el personal llegaba ahí, así que había ruido de elementos de aseo y del personal hablando fuerte.

The hotel is in good condition and the surroundings are nice BUT it has a BIG mosquito problem. In one of our rooms (we stayed in two rooms) the amount of mosquitos was overwhelming. My friend killed 63 mosquitos in one night, and that wasn’t enough. He couldn’t sleep because of the buzzing and bites. They should find a way to control this.

muy bueno

Hotel lindo, a las afueras del pueblo, con hermosos jardines, iglesia, amplias zonas comunes, un pequeño bosque de eucaliptos y hamacas, muchas sillas para lectura y en general instalaciones muy buenas. El restaurante muy bueno con una carta variada y platos bien preparados. las habitaciones amplias. El servicio en general bueno. Las hamacas estaban aseguradas con cuerdas viejas que se rompen, había mosquitos-zancudos en las habitaciones y de pronto falta un poco de mobiliario.

Desde la llegada todo muy agradable, servicio de botones y recepción impecable, la habitación cómoda y amplia (sugerencia; falta nevera para el mini bar). el servicio de restaurante en relación calidad/Cantidad y Precio nos pareció excelente, muy delicioso todo lo que pedimos. el room service rápido y como se solicitó. el personal en general muy atento y presto a colaborar. en realidad nos fuimos muy contentos y con ganas de recomendarlo a nuestros amigos. les felicito!!!!

Hotel aburrido

El hotel esta retirado de la Plaza Mayor de Villa de Leyva que es la zona más interesante del pueblo. Las instalaciones del hotel son muy antiguas, y las fuentes están apagadas y sucias. No lo recomiendo como plan familiar porque no tiene actividades para los chicos y la piscina es muy pequeña.Tampoco incluye el desayuno, lo cual lo hace menos competitivo con respecto a otros hoteles que sí lo hacen.

bien ubicado para descansar a las afueras de Villa de Leyva, bonito, campestre. lo único q no me gustó fue q hubo un matrimonio esa noche y no fuimos avisados y la verdad la música molestó un poco porque lo que queríamos era un lugar fuera del pueblo precisamente para que fuera más tranquilo. De resto todo muy bien con el hotel, la comida y el spa
