Great staff, Nicholas, Paco, and Maximo especially were very responsive and super helpful. Cute, clean, well furnished room with comfortable bed, pillows, sheets overlooking lush garden and cold water pool. On-site parking a plus. Nice towels and shampoo, only things we missed were instructions for the safe and wash cloths, and the music can be loud from the clubs on the street. Also communal kitchen and rooftop deck are amazing and beautiful but wish there were more pans, etc. Beach access through hotel Dos Ceilbas across the street, which has super cute cabanas and lounge chairs, and restaurant. Our room came with beach towels included. We would recommend for a no frills stay and look forward to returning!

We stayed one night at this hotel in Tulum and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff was very attentive and flexible with our requests, which made our stay comfortable. Our room had a charming vintage style, although it could have been a bit more refined in terms of cleanliness. Nicholas warmly welcomed us and stayed in constant contact throughout our stay, going above and beyond to meet our expectations. We truly appreciated his help. Thank you!

A Comfortable Stay

The Tulum Suites provided a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and very service orientated. The amenities in the room were good, although the kitchenette could use a bit more utensils and cooking items, and maybe a coffee maker. Other than that we had little to be concerned with. The rooftop patio was a great place to watch the sunset and have breakfast. The access to the Dos Ciabas Beach Club was a real plus.

Very nice

We stayed 2 nights at the Suites Hotel. Communication with Dani was great and a security let us in as we were 6h delayed. Bed very comfortable and loved the athmosphere of the room and the whole hotel. Lovely coffee spot across the road with great coffee. 2 min walk to the beach club where you have access to the beach and can use the sun lounges with a minimum spend. Absolutely enjoyed the day there. Definetly would book again

We spent our last two nights here before heading into the city of Tulum and it was the perfect quiet and calm environment we needed before the hustle and bustle of the city. We stayed in the room with the kitchenette, although some amenities weren’t working such as the kettle, we weren’t bothered by it since we mostly needed the stove top to boil water anyways. This room is romantic and has a lovely balcony with lots of privacy. The rooftop was INCREDIBLE. Perfect place to relax and watch the sunset. Highly recommend for couples!

Suites Tulum is beach front located on the quiet side of the hotel area, but in walking distance to the frenetic night life the best Tulum has to offer (Bonboniere, Vagalume etc…you name it!). Our room is spacious and spotless, Tulum-ly decorated, bed and pillows are very comfortable, we have a balcony facing the swimming pool. We love the greenery in the entire hotel, it adds a secluded and serene feel to it, this is very important for us to rest after a night out. The roof has a pool, kitchen, a lot of beanbags and a huge sun bed overlooking the endless Mayan jungle, the best place in Tulum to watch the sunset (go up around 6h30 PM, it’s spectacular!). We were nicely greeted by Nico, he is very friendly and helpful. We got free access during our entire stay to the beach club right in front of the hotel. (access to the beach is quite a hassle in Tulum as many places require a minimum spend, even you just want to walk on the beach). This is a big plus! This part of the beach is as beautiful as Playa Maya, a second-to-none beach experience in the entire Riviera Maya! The Loco restaurant in the hotel is also amazing! The risotto is delicious, the bar is very nice and music is not too loud so that we can have a conversation without yelling. We will definitely come back

Pros: Price. Nice and quiet rooms . Potable water stations on each level. The concierge, Nick, was always accessible. Cons: A little rustic. Flooring on the upper deck needs painting and some attention to repair and reinforcing. Shower water runs cold. Not wheelchair accessible. No elevator. Passage to suites is dark and not paved.

Great service from Mariano who helped us throughout the stay. The suites staff were lovely, made our bed everyday cleaned the room and gave us fresh towels. The area is perfect and it feels very secure as there 24/7 security

De incheck ging heel soepel, Ivo stond klaar en hielp heel attent met onze bagage, de kamer was ruim en wij hebben er absoluut geen stroomuitval, water te kort of koud water om te douchen mee gemaakt, prima voor elkaar!! Op alle etages stond drinkwater om gratis te pakken. Wij hebben ook enorm genoten van het grote dakterras om de zon onder te zien gaan. Iedereen was heel behulpzaam en het eten bij restaurant Loco was ook heerlijk. Aanrader, huur fietsen en fiets een stuk richting de ruïne, daar worden de prijzen van eten en drinken een stuk meer betaalbaar. Wat ons betreft is Suites Tulum een aanrader en voor de prijs die ze per nacht vragen zeker niet duur vergeleken met hotels in de buurt. Iedere dag werd er door heel enthousiast en net personeel gezorgd dat onze vakantie goed is verlopen!!
