Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property is beautiful, large and very unique. All design choices are very intentional and it felt much like a home away from home rather than a hotel. The restaurant on the property is excellent and ate breakfast and dinner there every day.

Breakfast was continental. Could order protein from the menu, which we did a couple times. We also had dinner one night and everyone’s meals were fantastic. An extra shout out of thanks to the front desk for assisting in finding us an “extra” private room to destress. And another shout out to all the staff, from security to cleaning. We loved our stay here. The place is amazing and the service is top notch. We spent 5 days here in Feb of this year and loved staying in the Mayan Jungle like experience. My husband is a vegetarian and the restaurant offered to make him food not on the menu which was very sweet. Our room was spacious and stunning and house keeping every day did a great job of cleaning it. Our attached plunge pool was definitely the highlight. It was massive and we lounged there most of the day. The food and drinks were great and the service was even better. My husband used the spa twice and loved it. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful and unique spot in the jungle, room was great spacious and the property is well maintained minus some refreshing on the fabric chairs etc. … staff was helpful and friendly. Stayed in the treetop suite. Only negative would be needing a car or transportation as the taxis get expensive. We thought there was a free shuttle based on the online booking and communication to the beach so did not book a rental car at the time. Definitely worth it and would return overall.

The room was wonderful, clean and cool. The breakfast was okay but took more than 30 minutes until served. There were also a lot of mosquitos in/around the hotel so I would strongly recommend some sort of insect repellent. But overall it was a superb experience!
