We had a great experience at Secrets Tulum. The room was impeccable and the service was top notch. We enjoyed the spa services, especially the hydrotherapy session. I would give the food 8/10, our favorite restaurants were Jasmine and Portofino. This resort's atmosphere was all about the chill vibes and relaxation; we loved evey minute of it. I would recommend this resort to family and friends.

The best resort !! The staff was expectational everything was clean and accommodating. It was my friends birthday and they held a private dinner which was beautiful. Julio was our concierge and go to person he was attentive and always updated us with activities and helped us with any questions or concerns. The best experience would recommend anyone who wants to have good time,food,and drinks to book a trip to secrets tulum.

Secrets Tulum is now my favourite all inclusive. The service was top notch the rooms and pools were beautiful and well kept. Every room had a view of a pool area. Food was the best all inclusive food I’ve ever had. I love that they offer transit to the beach area (because if you go to Tulum, you have to experience the boho beach vibe.) My only wish is that they had the transit go later in the evening.
