It’s a good hotel but to me the bed was too soft. There is no coffee maker in the room making a little challenge for me. Otherwise the staffs on roof top restaurant were very nice and helpful. The pool on the roof top is good too.

Room was a good size, with a little balcony overlooking the little jungly area. The room itself was pretty basic. I had a hot shower 2 days out of 7. And even then you have to let it run for 15 minutes before it gets warm. The wifi was amazing. Staff were polite and helpfu. The location is great, youre close to restaurants and the grocery store. And maybe a 5 minute scooter ride to the beach zone. 4/5 for the cold showers lol.

The hotel is pretty. That’s all I’m Willing to give it. The hotel had no water during My entire stay because the boiler wasn’t working. I checked out early and was promised a refund for the hotel to immediately stop responding. In addition to no water both rooms on either side of mine had screaming children that woke up at the crack of dawn. And since the hotel had no hot water and it was full, my only resort was to check out early. The hotel restaurant was mid at best. And I did not receive the advertised meal credit for my room. I would never stay here again, and I won’t be going back to Tulum for a very long time.

It was a nice hotel. The cons are wish the water is warm when taking a shower it was cold water, one of the rooms the bed sheets has stains, and the pool is nice it just needs to be painted you can see the paint is coming off. The people in the front desk weren’t as welcoming:(
