Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Quiet, serene, definitely a vibe worth experiencing. The staff is overly friendly and helpful. If I only had to have one complaint is that while not healthy, the TV doesn't really work because of the poor Wi-Fi. Mostly just for feedback purposes but most people don't want a TV on this type of vacation.

Building construction next door and some rentals nearby, the Mantaray is squeezed between. The downsides were not controllable by the Mantaray. The staff, food, proximity to the reef for snorkeling were excellent.

This was a last minute trip and I must say I had absolutely a WONDERFUL time and sooooo happy I stayed here! The Staff…EVERYONE was so nice, professional, helpful, kind, sweet, and attentive. I slept very well…the bed was very comfortable. Then Matias…he did a video of me that was soooooo beautiful. I mean…I speechless as I came to do absolutely nothing…which is surprising being I always do activities and take pictures. They let me stay a lil longer for my flight. Arranged my transportation to and from the airport and even off the bay to go to Tulum. I most definitely will come back and thank you guyz again🥹❤️

I stayed in the 3 Bedroom Villa & it’s a perfect place for a big family. 1 bedroom upstairs has to twin beds. The 2 bed room’s downstairs has there on restroom’s. Villa could host easy 12 people but owner only aloud 8 or nine people. Maybe more if you send a message. I give staff 💯/ respect every staff member was so kind & helpful. I give this place a 10, and perfect place for people that doesn’t know how to swim , no waves in ocean. I highly recommend this place. Coming back soon. Thanks to all the staff.
