Celebrated my wedding anniversary and it was a phenomenal experience. Everything from friendly staff to amazing food. Yes, hotel food was top notch! The beach area was cleaned daily and seaweed was not an issue at this hotel.

We spent a week at Sana Boutique Hotel in Tulum for our honeymoon and had a really lovely time. The hotel is right by the beach, with that beautiful blue water just a few steps away. The bed was comfy, the team was kind and welcoming, and the whole place had a relaxed, warm vibe. We’d happily come back.

Our experience at SANA Hotel Tulum was truly remarkable! The hotel itself is stunning, with a prime beachfront location and a variety of fantastic restaurants and shops just a short distance away. We loved starting our mornings with breakfast on the beach, and the food and drinks at the beach club were absolutely delightful. A special shout-out to the outstanding service team!

We stayed at the Sana Tulum Beachfront Boutique Hotel for three nights, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly throughout our stay! The hotel is well-located, within walking distance of many popular restaurants and shops. The rooms are nicely decorated, clean, and spacious. The beach was well-maintained and free of seaweed, unlike other hotels nearby. The food was delicious—I highly recommend the burrata pizza, and the Layla burger was fantastic! The bar offers a good variety of traditional cocktails as well as house specialties. Overall, we had a wonderful time at Sana Tulum!

Beautiful property. The staff were absolutely fantastic! There is not a need that you might have that the staff will not tend too. John and Adna will do everything to make sure your stay is fabulous. This property is further down in hotel zone, quiet, clean, and the staff will park the car for you. Absolutely beautiful rooms. The beds were not comfortable to me but they did add extra padding for comfort which did help. There is a closet for your clothes but no dressers. They provide you with all the toiletries. Definitely a 10/10. Absolutely stunning property and awesome staff.

Sana and its entire staff was absolutely top tier. The facility was clean and refreshing as a change of scenery of the “”Tulum” aesthetic. Our room was upgraded and we had a peaceful and relaxing time. We will certainly be back to enjoy for our next vacation as this trip was strictly for work. Top marks all around for Sana Tulum. Me and wife stayed at this hotel for 4 days. We are highly recommending Sana Hotel. We definitely consider returning to this place as All aspect of this resort was excellent. From overall service to food. Rooms and design is amazing. Every corner is spotless and clean. We tried most of the food option and not even once we had a Mediocare dish. Pablo by the beach gave us a great and pleasant service. Alexis at concierge was very helpful. We have no negative comment. Might me helpful to Mention all the prices are very reasonable. We have travelled a lot but I never write a review. This time I had to write my positive review

The hotel opened just recently in November 2024. Some of the rooms were still under construction to be finished just in time for the main season. There was however no disturbance through the works. The rooms are super nice with modern yet cozy furniture! The direct access to the beach is amazing and the beach club is equipped with a great bar, comfortable sun beds and seating options. The food is amazing as well! Only things that I would criticize: lack of parking (you need to park on public parking lot 150m away which is 400 pesos - 20€/ day). Also there would be the need for additional hooks in the rooms to hang stuff as well as a second bed table.

Our recent stay at SANA Tulum was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the attention to detail, the warm hospitality, and the breathtaking beauty of the hotel. Jonathan at the front desk was an absolute gem. His friendliness, attentiveness, and genuine care for our experience made us feel truly welcome. Anda was just as wonderful—always checking in to see how we were doing, making sure our stay was going smoothly, and adding such a personal touch to our interactions. Both Jonathan and Anda were the epitome of excellent customer service. Our breakfasts were made even more enjoyable thanks to Andres, who was our waiter each morning and also when we spent time at the beachfront. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and consistently attentive. He always had a warm smile on his face and made sure we had everything we needed, making each meal feel like a special One of the most memorable parts of our stay was how the entire staff went above and beyond to make a birthday celebration feel incredibly special. The level of detail was amazing—from balloons and a birthday banner in the room to heartfelt handwritten notes and a complimentary bottle of wine. It was personal, thoughtful, and deeply appreciated. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. The views are breathtaking, the rooms are beautifully designed and serene, and the food—wow—every meal was delicious and full of flavor.

The staff members were fantastic. My only complaint is that the transportation was ridiculously overpriced compared to what you could just get a taxi for. Beware the transport is NOT included even though it says transportation available!
