This was a beautiful and unique place to stay. Loved the architecture and it was just super relaxing. The staff was awesome and super helpful. Couple things for improvement. Rooms should have a coffee maker and the didn’t have tissues in the room. Other than that 10/10 place for sure. Great value!

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. Amazing staff ready and willing to help plan excursions, rent bikes/scooters, and their Partnering transportation service (5 stars as well). The food at the restaurant was delicious, every inch of the property was just peaceful and serene like being in your own world. Very zen! A great way to unplug from the noise of the world (no tvs) and unwind. Loved our stay. And cant wait to visit again.

My stay at KAN Tulum was absolutely amazing. The rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, making the stay comfortable from start to finish. The staff truly made the experience special they were warm, welcoming, fun to interact with, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality added such a personal touch to the stay. The amenities were fantastic. Having a beautiful cenote right on the property was such a unique experience, and the swimming pool was perfect for relaxing. The spa was wonderful for unwinding, and the speakeasy added a really cool, intimate vibe to the evenings. The food and bar were excellent as well great quality, delicious flavors, and a lovely atmosphere to enjoy drinks and meals. What I loved most about the property was its peaceful jungle setting. The entire place feels natural, calming, and deeply relaxing, making it the perfect escape from busy city life. If you’re looking for a stay in Tulum that combines luxury, nature, and great hospitality, KAN Tulum is a fantastic choice.

Excellent room with an incredible forest view from the large windows opposite the bed. Great value for Tulum and great location that was in between the town and beach. Small pool with loungers that were available to use. Incredible restaurant for us (vegans), slightly pricey but as is the whole of Tulum.

My family and I travel to Mexico every Christmas, and we ALL agree that this was by far our favorite hotel / resort to date. At every moment, you feel completely swallowed by lush green plants. All of the staff are extremely helpful and kind. The food was fabulous. And of course, the piece de resistance is it's own cenote in the heart of the property. While not along the beach, the beach is extremely close and we did not feel it lacked at all. 10/10 stay!
