The staff was great and the hotel is nice. the the pools are not good no one wants to swim in them not a good design layout. Super small. Coffe is waterdown but that seems to be everywhere in tulum. I would recommend to improve the complimentary breakfast. People only eat it once. Not gross but not great

My wife and I spent the week there and had a great time. The room was very modern and spacious. The staff took great care of us. The room was very clean and had everything we needed to have a great stay. The housekeeping was excellent. The area was great and a short walk to restaurants in Aldea Zama. The rooms and amenities are GREAT! The food was okay, but not very many choices and the taste was edible. The cleaning and front desk staff were helpful and gracious. The dining staff, both for dinner and breakfast di not seem very happy at all. Overall, I would definitely book again.

Beautiful hotel, the staff was polite and helpful most of the tim I would not recommend planning the ride from the airport to the hotel when you arrive. We did so and were told it was 100USD which we agreed to. I understand the hotel hires a driver from another company, so how bad it went is probably not entirely their fault but it went terrible (the driver started texting and calling me an hour before the plane landed - yes we were in the plane - then left when we were not out 10 minutes after landing. We had to wait 40 minutes for him to drive back. Everything was through Whatsapp so there was no way I could receive anything before connecting to wifi). There was little to no apologies from the driver or the hotel staff. When asked to pay at the front desk, the staff told us it was 2000 pesos or 100USD for the ride. We are Canadian and so do not carry USD and wanted to pay in pesos but the conversion at the time of our visit should have been about 1700 pesos instead of 2000 pesos. We were upset that they tried to have us pay more than agreed upon. We also rented the bikes for a day. We left the hotel and realized one of the bike had the handles loose. We went back and they gave us another one. Unfortunately, that bike that they replaced got a flat. With great difficulty, we found someone on the side of the road to repair it as we were too far from the hotel. We mentioned it to the staff and brushed it off and didn’t offer to reimburse the fee we had to pay to fix the tire.

Great, comfortable, clean and inviting

To me, cleanliness is extremely important, and this hit the mark in every way Also, staff very helpful. Also international clientele and fun to talk to people at breakfast and in the evening very well lit rooms. Minimalist, but everything you need is there And bed extremely comfortable.
