Excellent service and location. Love the fact it's a small resort with just a few rooms so very private plus adults only. The only negative was the private dinner for what I expected and what was given was way overpriced.

Ocean oasis

Our stay here was wonderful. The food was so good. The service was amazing, especially Paula and Isabel. They answered our many questions, took care to make sure we had food when we were out early in the morning and gave us great reccomendations. This place is so beautiful.I would highly recommend it

Amazing boutique property, lovely beach location. Restaurant onsite has great food. All the staff from the bellboys,valets, waiters were incredible, super friendly and helpful and would remember all our names. Isabel on the front desk was great with us and made us feel at home.

My stay at Encantada Tulum was more than excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, the soaps/shampoo smelled amazing! And the food/beach amenities were perfect. Would highly recommend, especially if someone is looking for a peaceful vacation.

I didn't get a welcome drink and the shampoo and conditioner were not the greatest quality. However, the hotel grounds were absolutely beautiful. The room was lovely and very clean. The staff were very welcoming and eager to assist.

The service at Encantada was excellent. We had an amazing time and I would definately recommend this hotel. Food was great, very easy to walk to get dining options. Transportation was a bit pricey and drinks. But excellent service

From check in, to the friendly and helpful staff & concierges that always go above and beyond. I can’t recommend this beautiful property enough! It’s an 8 room property and private beach. The rooms have their own hammock outside (which I stayed in for hours), and the decor is serene and conducive to an amazing experience. I can’t wait to return and bring all my girl friends!

The service is impeccable, the property is located in a private area on the beach, and the rooms are beautifully designed to give you a tropical paradise experience. The staff and concierge will go above and beyond to accommodate your wants and needs and will address any issues immediately. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu is delicious and made with healthy and fresh ingredients. There are only 8 rooms, so the hotel is very private and intimate. Perfect for couples, if you’re traveling alone, or with one other person. The staff makes an effort to get to know every guest by name and even remember your preferences and trip itinerary. I will definitely come back to stay here or at the other properties under the same management if I’m in Tulum.

Peaceful Romantic Getaway

Encantada was truly a special experience. My girlfriend and I work a lot, when we travel we hope every experience is outstanding. Upon arrival we were greeted with a cocktail of our choice. The restaurant is open all day which is great because I was starving from the 5.5 hour trip. The restaurant serves classic Yucatan cuisine. We ordered the fish tacos and pork tacos, both were so delicious. Our room was located close to the hotel entrance and restaurant which was not a problem at all. The staff is really what makes Encantada special. They were attentive, generous, hospitable the entire stay. This was everything we could have asked for.

Amazing!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. We were on our honeymoon and it could not have been more special. The rooms are so lovely and spacious and well designed. There is a lovely little area outside to enjoy drinks in the evening or your breakfast in the morning. The complimentary breakfast is fantastic. You are able to also use the pool of their sister hotel just across thé street. It is a few minute walk from lots of restaurants and bars you can walk to or even borrow a bike from the reception. We borrowed a bike every evening. They kept the beach very clean and removed the seaweed. The whole hotel is on the beach. Nothing like waking up in the morning and walking to breakfast with no shoes in soft sand.

We cannot say enough about @encantadatulum not do pictures or videos do the property, staff and feel any justice. This boutique hotel is simply amazing! Not only does it feel like it is carved within a beach front piece of the jungle it is truly spectacular. It has only 8 rooms so no matter if fully sold out you feel like you have the whole place to yourself. You never really stumble over other guest. The rooms are beautiful, well maintained, not 1 detail is missed and truly enjoyable. The staff is great and the high level of service they provide is the best I have EVER experienced. Every single staff member knew us by name and provide service with warmth, care and a smile. They always were at the ready to jump at any request or opportunity to make our stay better. Constantly checked on us to ensure we were comfortable and did not need anything. They always had our room clean and turned over with fresh towels to the point that we even asked how they knew precisely when we would be out and the room available! Each night they always left us a treat and we loved coming back in the evening to see what was waiting for us. The food at the property was delicious. The complimentary breakfast was not your usual continental but freshly made to order. The lunch menu (the various items we tried) always flavorful with very generous servings. I chose this place for a honeymoon as it promised a peaceful stay no TVs, etc. It was the WORST experience ever! Ruined my honeymoon, nonstop, loud music, and from sunrise till sunset, construction work next-door to the room you could hear saws drills, or hammering the entire day long. It should be noted on their website. This is going on so that people can choose whether or not to stay there had I known this I would’ve not had my honeymoon here, and cried myself to sleep three nights in a row. I would love to come and stay at the facility again assuming the construction is done, but because it was never relayed to us this is going on it RUINED our honeymoon. We have videos showing just how close the workers are, and how loud they are, and due to the fact, there was no TVs in the room because it was supposed to be a peaceful stay. We couldn’t even turn on the TV to drown out the noise. We went back-and-forth with the property about making it right in our opinion as they were deceptive by not sharing the construction nuisance next-door. bottom line is so far in my opinion they only care about the dollar because they have not tried to make it right with us. Thus I will leave my review so no other couples have to endure this nightmare. If and when they decide to make it right with us, I will gladly take my review down, but it should be noted for future guests that there was construction happening there. They had it in their power to inform the customer, but they chose not to
