We went here to celebrate a family members anniversary this past Valentine’s Day weekend. What a great experience this was! From the moment we checked in and were offered fresh cold cocktails to all the points in between. The staff and their attentiveness was amazing. The food was great, the bars were great, the activities were fun, and the location was beautiful. Definitely a great vacation at a great price and we would definitely visit here again. Forgot to mention everything was included… yes everything.

Stood here for my friends bday celebration and great looking place but due to renovations (which were not told to us) there was only 1 pool and no swim up bar. Staff was friendly but honestly took forever to get a drink either by the pool or on the beach. Food at the buffet was small and limited. Other restaurants were ok. Show with fire dancer was good. I think we had things break in our room everyday (6 days) that we were there. Lights went out, water stopped working, ac went out. When we called the front desk they said they knew and apologized but it wasn’t fixed immediately. Staff was ok, but especially Guadalupe she was awesome. Beach had kelp everywhere and pool side barely had a vibe and no music. Drinks sucked. $30 for a shot even with all inclusive. Overall nice property but wish I would’ve stayed somewhere else.

Everything was good. The service was excellent. We were a little disappointed with all the seaweed and algae. By all in all the trip was very I relaxing which our intent!

Edgar and Andrea all the staff are great Portofino had the best food seaside grill worst food. The cabana concierge was very good just wish the ocean had less Algea
