Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Regrettably, my holiday experience took an unexpected turn due to the property management company's abrupt cancellation just four days before my scheduled arrival during the festive Christmas season. This unfortunate situation left me with no alternative accommodations, casting a shadow over what was supposed to be a joyous holiday escape. I find it disheartening that such last-minute changes were made, impacting my plans and overall enjoyment. I strongly recommend potential guests to exercise caution when dealing with this property management company to avoid similar disappointments.
