Our stay at Be Tulum was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely relaxed and taken care of. The atmosphere is serene, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed, making it the perfect place to unwind. We originally planned to explore different spots around Tulum, but the experience at the hotel was so enjoyable that we ended up spending most of our time there. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented and the service was top-tier. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Raquel, our concierge, was excellent throughout our stay! Our room was beautiful and spacious. The entire property was gorgeous with the staff being extra attentive and friendly. We are already dreaming of our next trip to Tulum!

On the main strip in Tulum however pretty far down so expect to shell out for taxis. They drag the beach for the seaweed multiple times a day which was nice. Across all of the area we had moments with servers forgetting items we ordered etc. we borrowed bikes and the first few had issues like flat tires before we got a pair to use. The beauty of the area and the jungle vibes were enjoyable. You can use nomades restaurant / beach

Beautiful hotel but scammed us!! Read review.

Exquisite location & hotel. Everything was overpriced in the hotel but staff was kind and nice during stay. I will never stay here again because 3 weeks after our stay we received a suspicious charge on our credit card from this hotel. Bill was fully settled when we left and on reaching out no one got back to us. It is unsettling to know they still have our credit card information. Still no one reached out I emailed 4 times and reached out to 5 different hotel people on WhatsApp and still nothing.
