The private pools are a game changer when wanting to relax. Property is incredibly quiet (just out of town proper) and feels like an oasis amidst the jungle. The host (Carlos) was friendly and helpful. The daily shuttle service made it possible to not need a car. The on site restaurant is so good and very friendly (always offered to bring right to our villa). Will certainly come again!

We had a wonderful stay at Amari with our family. Our villa was beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally well-equipped. The property is impeccably maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always quick to communicate whenever we needed anything. We especially appreciated the excellent customer service and the thoughtful gesture from the manager, who treated us to a complimentary lunch to compensate for a brief power outage at the villa.. It was a great example of how much they care about their guests! We truly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to coming back. We highly recommend Amari to anyone traveling with family or friends—you'll have an amazing experience!

The property was beautiful & looked exactly like pictures and videos. Be mindful that this is in the jungle so there will be bugs. The top bedroom became a little overwhelming with the environment. The staff was responsive and helpful. The daily ride was convenient. The food was okay. The recommended private chef was great but not a fan of the onsite restaurant. Would definitely come back.

Phenomenal experience at Amari. We had a group of 4 in one of their STUNNING villas, everything there is carefully thought out and very comfortable. Their complimentary shuttle service was a huge plus in navigating tulum taxis/traffic, and the entire team of staff (big shoutout to Charlie!) went above and beyond to make our stay a dream. The food at the restaurant and the massages we all got were also wonderful. Such a relaxing few days, we will absolutely be coming back to this paradise. Thank you Amari team for an unforgettable time in Tulum!

Our stay at Hotel Amari exceeded every expectation. From the moment we booked until the day we checked out, the communication from the staff was exceptional. Every question was answered promptly through messages, and every team member was genuinely kind, attentive, and eager to help. Their hospitality made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The villas are absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need. Every detail reflects quality and comfort, creating what feels like a true five-star luxury experience. The café deserves special recognition as well. Every meal we had was outstanding: fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What surprised us most is that this hotel is rated as four stars. In our opinion, it absolutely deserves a five-star ranking based on the quality of the accommodations, the service, and the overall experience. We loved staying here with our family so much that after spending four nights elsewhere, we realized how much we missed Hotel Amari and decided to come back for another four nights.
