This property was so unique and different from the generic motel rooms we have stayed at during our trip. It had charm, unique furnishings, and individually designed rooms. We stayed in the Leon Russell room. There was memorabilia that decorated the room. We loved it.

Website needs to be updated. I booked this for the restaurant, spa, and couples massage - also because it was historic. When we arrived, we discovered there was no restaurant, no spa, and no massage. ☹️ The bar was teeny tiny, but the bartender was great! The hotel was in pretty good shape for being 100 yrs old!

We appreciated the close and free parking. The hotel was very charming and full of character. We rented the King Suite and enjoyed the extra space along with the 2 fireplaces- non working of course. Reasonably priced and close to the event, allowing us to walk. Breakfast was minimal, but without a kitchen I can see how hard it would be to expand the menu from packaged items. Fruit would have been nice.

The Campbell Hotel is such a great place to stay. The rooms are always quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff is helpful and friendly. The location is central and everything is easy to get to. My wife and I have stayed here four-years in a row for our yearly trip to Tulsa for the Chili Bowl, and we will be back again next year!

This was the second time we stayed at the Campbell. This stay was just as good as the first. Very friendly staff, quick check-in and check-out. We love the history of the building. Since it's old it can be noisy at times but that won't stop us from staying again. The little things like a normal size trash can and ample, easy to access electrical outlets are great. Plenty of Keurig coffee pods, cups, creamer were provided. This stay we were in the Weimann room and it was very cozy and we loved the gate as the headboard. The room was overall nicely decorated and well appointed. We enjoyed walking to the Mother Road market, just a quick 10 minute walk straight down Rt 66 and the cute Amish store directly across the street. We would definitely consider staying here again.
