Entire staff is top notch. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the absolute friendliest, professional, helpful staff. Throughout our stay this team made sure we were taken care of and made us feel like a valued customer. This staff takes pride in what they do and it shows. Plus they gave everyone in my family a complimentary bottle of our favorite local water. Thanks for supporting your local companies and thanks for the awesome stay!!! This hotel is fabulous. I love how the rooms open to the lobby of the hotel. I felt so safe. Room is very spacious and the breakfast and happy hour were exceptional

Chose for the hot tub but it was ice cold. Also old underwear were left in the fold out bed my kids used. Gross. Overall everyone was nice and breakfast was good. The lady at the desk in the evening was rude.

Very upset there was a party and the hotel did not advise there will be noise. My kids had a tournament and the music was very loud we called the front desk and they did not help. I would like a refund for that night, we stayed 6 nights.
