The room was fantastic. Comfortable and clean. The pool was really nice as well. The rest of the place needs maintenance. All the elevators were out. I did find at least on ice machine working, so that was useful, but I had to look on several floors. The front desk person was overworked and overwhelmed. The breakfast was just typical. No eggs except cold hard boiled. Overall, a decent stay, but the climb to the fourth floor got old and carrying my luggage down the stairs was inconvenient.

They ARE in a renovation so this review is accurate as of April of 26. The rooms are very clean but they are old and rundown. The staff is actually excellent with the exception of the breakfast which is at the mercy of them finding a good person to run it. So. E days it was ok and others it was non existent. The location is safe and surroundings are nice.

The property was previously a combo Clarion/Econolodge and is pretty run-down; Ramada is in the process of renovating but I feel like they’re taking their time. Still, for the price, it was serviceable (for a short stay) and the staff were wonderful and went above and beyond.

Loved our stay! The property is under a huge renovation. We had a couple very minor issues. The maintenance guy was on top of it. I can't even imagine how busy he must be with all the work being completed. But when we had a little issue, he was right there to take care of it! The lobby is clean and very nice. Our room was very clean, comfy bed, great shower, nice towels, and new furniture It was bit noisy at night, you could hear the neighbors tv throgh the wall. (you cant fix that, its a hotel) Also, they need the tall toilets. lol The shower/toilet area is extremely small but it works. Breakfast was great! Looking forward to our next extended stay. We will be back. Thank yoi.

WiFi was slow and completely undependable especially in the morning. Cleaning crew actually opened my room to check it while I was getting some of the breakfast downstairs. Was not happy about that, but I had failed to put a "Do not disturb" on my door I know. Still it was 3 hours before checkout. Room far from the elevator was quiet )not near the rowdy people in the bar on Saturday night). Bedding was nice and clean too. Considering the price, it was a real good deal compared crazy rates many in the area are asking for same basics.

Well I don't know where to start,... Most of the staff were friendly enough the black manager lady is a tyrant. My children really wanted to swim so we went down to the swimming pool and within 2 minutes my son gashed his foot open on broken glass. Someone had picked up the big pieces of broke broken glass so you know nobody could tell that there was busted glass all over the ground but they left everything else. The staff was not helpful in getting bandages Band-Aids antibiotic equipment I literally had to carry my son to my truck and drive to a Walgreens and get stuff to take care of his injury. Literally they did not even apologize for leaving the broken glass out and about or for my son getting his foot gashed open. Late at night we heard noises outside and looked and there were many people outside on the balcony making out and inappropriate public displays of affection. I will not stay there again and I can not recommend it. .
