I love the deep bathtub. I planned a long relaxing bath and got one. The bed was comfortable. I had the chicken and coconut rice and a glass of wine at Soma with beautiful views sitting at the bar and enjoyed a long walk after. Slept great. They have the kindest for helpful staff. Front desk folks are amazing!

Property is very nice, considering it is a hotel converted from and old office building, or something. The room floors are bare concrete. The lighting in the bathroom was not very useful when you’re trying to put makeup on or groom yourself. It is a very minimalist place. The restaurant is an over the top young vibe, with good lacking common taste for common people. Not much space in lobby area for guests. The parking was severely lacking, and you had to walk a block away. Even then, if you come in after 5pm, well, you will be lucky to find a parking spot in the parking lot. I won’t be staying there again.

The location, amenities, and staff were all top notch. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative that I would report was the fact that we were able to clearly hear the guest in the next room. This might have been due to the fact that it was a connecting room. But that wouldn’t deter me from staying here in the future.

I have stayed at the Brut before and had great experiences. However, during this stay, a male housekeeper entered my room ~20 minutes prior to checkout without knocking, seeing 2 undressed women and responding in the doorway before exiting. The front desk staff confirmed that this has been an ongoing issue and they would remind him again not to do this. I reached out with my concerns about this being a reoccurring issue, but was met with a generic “we’ll talk to the staff and hope to see you again soon” message. I can't say for certain if I'd recommend or stay here again, given it's my first truly negative experience with the business, and I've only heard of this happening there one other time back in March. However, I don’t think any guest should have to worry about their personal information being abused or privacy compromised in this way. I hope this pattern is finally taken seriously and resolved.

Everything was almost perfect. Loved our room. Had some issues with the shower head and there was some hair by the bathroom door that the cleaning staff missed. Everything else was super clean. Not enough parking spots. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.
