I didn't stay. I checked in and left. This place was horrific. Stains everywhere. Holes in the wall. The bedding was clearly never washed or changed for god knows how long.

I didn't like it at all. Guy was rude hateful parking lot was a joke almost got stuck on a hole pulling into parking spots. The room was dirty. The freezer was froze up. Will never go back there

Hotel was gross they didn’t clean it and it was outdated. Person working the front desk was rude and wouldn’t help at all the worst service I had ever ripped the money out of my hand before I agreed to stay absolutely atrocious place should be shut down.

The property very clearly says no smoking, yet as soon as you enter the building you can smell people up and down the hallways smoking cigarettes in their rooms. It’s so bad that you can smell it in your own room. The place is practically falling apart and in desperate need of repairs and updates, there was also an ant infestation in the bathroom of all places. Seriously disappointed with my stay.

DON'T STAY HERE!! NASTY UNSAFE

This place was horrible. The entire facility was NOT maintained and falling apart. Room was poorly maintained, smelled really bad, and was filthy. The carpet was sticky. I'm 100% sure they weren't cleaning to covid standards, because they weren't cleaning it at all. One minute in the room and I had to kill a roach on the wall. Walls of this place were very thin I could hear the other people staying there. I had a giant stack of busted ice machines right next to the door. Fire alarm was covered with plastic. It looked like the kind of place you rent a room for an hour with a nasty prostitute. Disgusting!! The owners acted as if I were infringing on them and their territory. I had a weird strange drug addict-looking man hovering closer and closer in the area, when I was unloading the vehicle, luckily I was armed. I just wanted to leave.

That place was awful the Jacuzzi didnt work. Found a cockroach on the bed when we were getting ready to leave. The room appeared clean until you looked at it.the sheets were stained. Now I know you'll ask why did we stay. Because we paid through this site and wouldn't get the money back for days and didn't hapve the money to go else where. You need to take this place off you site hotels.com. it's bad there bab bad. Bad

Room wreaked of cigarette smoke from room next door. Smoke alarm dangled from the ceiling. HVAC did not work, fan worked barely. Paint needed touching up in many areas. Light switch for bathroom area was so loose, I had to hold it with one hand and move switches with opposite hand . Fan worked but no heat lamp in bathroom area

Smoky Stay

When I arrived I knew from the outside this is not going to be pretty. Check in was okay, but the transaction was through glass with a hole in it. Room assigned was upstairs, the manager kept asking/saying it was a smoking room and it wreaked of smoke. Refrigerator didn’t work and the microwave was inoperable. Both were either traded for another or moved to a different outlet. But the strong odor still was horrible. The room was dark, carpet was very aged and there were burn marks everywhere, especially in the bathroom. Also, there was nowhere to hang clothes. The clothes rod in the closet was missing.

Stay at the Executive.

The beds were very comfortable and I slept well. The hair dryer was missing from the room and the tub would not hold water and the shower didn't work. That night, I called to let them know I was still coming because I'd be getting in after midnight. The clerk I spoke to told me I owed $100 and I needed to pay him over the phone. I told him I got a lower fee online and he argued with me. I finally told him I would talk to them when I got there and had my email pulled up that showed the rate. I got that rate, but it infuriated me that a clerk would have so little understanding of how to speak to a customer.

The place was way outdated. Carpet was filthy and wet in places. Hot water didn’t last for a complete shower. The fridge was on boards so the door would stay closed. I had to ask for a receipt. There wasn’t a number on the door we had to guess which one it was. No hair dryer or iron no ice bucket.

This motel is old and in need of a make-over. They still using an old TV set and there just no extra electrical outlets for the phone or laptop. I have to unplug TV & lamp to utilize this function. The room smells smokey, even though it is a non-smoking room. The heater and AC are either too hot or too cold. One can stay here in case of emergency, but I wouldn't recommend it for more than a day stay.

While the faculty was clean, it is not in the best condition. My belongings smelled like smoke. There were obvious burns ON THE TUB. I thought it was marbling in the material but it most definitely is not. There may as well have been no pillows with how thin they were. The man that checked me in looked as if I had woken him up even though it was only 7:30pm. He called me less than hour after check in the see if I was alone. He called every morning to see if I needed service, this could have been avoided if they had Do Not Disturb placards in the rooms. The TVs are seriously outdated, probably 20 years old. There is a lot that needs to be improved upon at this property. I worked on hotels for five years and none of this would have been acceptable at either of the locations I worked at. I only stayed there because it was the cheapest location that was close to my family for the holiday. I’d give it 3/5 stars.

Decent stay for a night of sleep.

We needed a place to sleep for the night. The room was clean. Our 1 key to the door messed up a couple of times. (We kept it away from our phones.) Not a bad stay.
