Pésimo servio y atención del hotel

El servicio pésimo, el check out esta marcado 1230pm y a las 12pm entra la Camarista a la habitación para saber si me iba a quedar o ya desocupara la habitación. Dice que toco la puerta, yo no escuche. Hablo a recepción y me dicen que es a las 12 el check out y si me paso tengo que pagar media renta. No entiendo porque no respetan los horarios y/o políticas. Por otro lado dice que cuenta con servicio de café en áreas y NO es verdad. Muy mala experiencia.

Hotel con cuartos en malas condiciones y viejos

habitaciones con muebles muy viejos colchones y camas en malas condiciones no había SKY en ninguna habitación por falta de pago, los cuartos huelen a humedad televiones antiguas no como en las fotos que se ve que hay pantallas no vale lo que se paga no le invierten nada
