What stood out the most was that this is one of the few hotels left that still has standard size pillows on the beds. We stayed here twice in the past month, and both times the rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and the breakfast was good (love their biscuits!) Great location right off of I-40. Staff were extremely kind and friendly. Comfortable beds and bedding and fantastic water pressure in the shower. Unfortunately, lack of interior maintenance and cleaning of property has left a less than desirable esthetic and appearance. The exterior is the only thing that resembles any other Holiday Inn Express I’ve seen.
