It is a dated building, but I stayed at a new hotel across the freeway last year and it was so new, but so noisy. So if I had to choose again I would choose Super 8!

Moldy coffee pack in machine in my room. Granola bars for breakfast with coffee and juice the only beverage option. No creamer or half/half for coffee. Ice maker not working.

We had to go into town to a wedding just needed a place to stay the night it was perfect for what we needed but it would be nice to have actual conditioner for your hair.

The room was filthy. The bathroom door wouldn't close all the way. The mini fridge was dirty inside. The bedroom nightstand had fake fingernails left in the drawer. We immediately went to the front desk and check out after asking for a refund. The gal up front was very apologetic and told us the manager would review our situation and hopefully refund us.

New experience that I never wanted

When we arrived staff was not welcoming. Got to room to see door was open. Not a safe feeling. No shower curtain for the shower. And the toilet didn't flush. Did not risk trying to eat their breakfast.

Bad experience

The bed sheets had cigarette burns on them, the shower wasn’t properly clean. The room smell awful. I went to the front desk and informed them about it then the manager ask you want me to change them? Wow couldn’t believe his question.

I don't know where to start! After a long morning traveling, we hauled our luggage up the long set of stairs. The carpet in the hallway was filthy! We put our luggage in the room,and trued to settle in. Itvwas extremely noisy. We asked ifcwe could relocate to another room and was denied. because they didn't have house keeping. Bedspread had cigarette holes the carpet had naile sticking up no elevator the air-conditioor need repairs. We left and took it as a loss. We couldn't stay one night in that place.
