We went in the heat of the summer. Because of that, it was quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the pool and there were only a couple of other couples there at the most. The property is beautiful and our room was clean and very comfortable. Location was great, only a couple of miles from the university and near other stores like the zoo. We look forward to coming back there and would definitely recommend.

The room was very nice and clean . Had a fridge which was very helpful and a coffee/ tea hotpot. The restaurant was great! Very good food. The tamales with green sauce was delicious. Pool looked great wish we would’ve had more time to enjoy that. The only negative was they were out of bottled water in the gift shop

2nd trip here, every bit as amazing. The hotel rooms are really nice. Spacious with several options, well made furniture. The pool is excellent. No ice machine, but you can get bagged ice at front desk. Walkable or short drive (weather dep) to some great restaurants and close enough to downtown and Saguaro. Extended stay a night. I'd appreciate if Cielo's got a few more veg/vegan options for breakfast menu and buffet.

Room was large and comfortable with a spa tub (great hot water) and a romantic fireplace that went unused in the middle of summer. There was a small patio outside the room which I sat at for about 10 minutes. I came back with 4 large mosquito bites that I still have and are very itchy. Pool was nice. Not full of screaming children. Location was good. Overall a very nice hotel.

I really like the feel and look of the lodge. We have stayed there before and came this time with our daughter and family. They liked it too. The only negative is the breakfast offering. We didn’t get breakfast there this time because we were disappointed last time. We told our daughter but she tried it anyway and was disappointed as well. It is not worth the price you charge for it; just a continental breakfast with nothing special. We’ve had better breakfasts a chain hotels. Sorry. You should do better.
