We loved our stay at Starr Pass! The staff are incredible, really a level of service that was so respectful and giving and so so friendly! Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping to every server in every restaurant were so welcoming. And the property is absolutely gorgeous, amazing views of Tucson, and so clean. Spotless, actually. The hotel was beautiful, very well kept. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Willow at the front desk was wonderful and accommodating. The individuals at the valet and front door were always offering suggesting's on places to go, eat, offering water, and asking how we were doing. Shelby in the restaurant and pool bar was sweet, remembered everyone's names likes and dislikes, she was very accommodating and kind. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. Was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in.
