The hotel itself was clean, bright, and decorated nicely. The rooms were equally nice, with extremely comfortable beds and pillows! The staff was very helpful and it was a perk (haha!) to have a Starbucks right in the hotel. I'd definitely stay there again and have already recommended it to family.

The rooms and hallways need a bit of a face-lift or a thorough cleaning as they are looking a little worn. (e.g. broken hooks, peeling wallpaper, overflowing trash) We also had ants in our initial room. However, the staff addressed the issue immediately and were apologetic. Despite the ants and the worn look, we typically are pleased with our stay since we've stayed at this location multiple times.

We always stay here each time we're in Tucson. It's not a noisey place, there is a restaurant/ bar on the second level, and a coffee shop. The pool is always a favorite. We never have had any complaints when staying here.
