The front desk ladies are always helpful and friendly. I’ve checked in well past a reasonable time on several occasions and the front person had a smile and cold water. On my last visit there was a very rude lady that walked in and I didn’t hear the whole conversation but the staff handled her very well and without the scene the lady was obviously trying to make.

We stay here several times per month. Love the large suites and bathtub, and seperate bedroom. The problem is I have gotten flea bites at night in my room and while sleeping. This is becoming very common due to Pet Friendly. Rooms now have cat and dog dander so my husband gets allergies now everywhere we stay. It would be great if hotels would keep the top floor Hypoallergenic and animal free so those that are sensitive to it don’t suffer so.
