We loved the convenient location. The breakfast and happy hour were very nice. When we arrived our room was not ready and we were told it would be ready in 20 minutes. We decided to go visit friends, which was good since it took another 2 hours before our room was available. The front desk was very apologetic and gave us free parking for the inconvenience. One negative was when we went to the pool in the morning all the old towels from the day before were scattered around the pool and on chairs. We had to notify the front desk and 30 minutes later an employee came with new towels and picked up the used towel that had been placed in the return container, but they didn't pick up the used ones scattered around the pool.
