The staff was very helpful and welcoming as always. We were disappointed that our rooms air conditioning failed and we had to move in the middle of the night. I don’t know if anything could have been done better but because this is our favorite place to stay in Tuscan we were sad to experience this issue.

Over the past two months I have traveled a lot and have stayed in a barrage of hotels. I finally stayed at one that was very close to perfect ♥️🌞Even with only one elevator working the hotel was perfect! The pool, sauna, workout room, safety, peaceful atmosphere! Location to everything! Zoo, planetarium, restaurants, airport, church! You all have earned my loyalty for Tuscan! I’ll see you all soon!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Doubletree Tucson. It’s a lovely property, and I was treated very well; they even upgraded my room when I arrived.
