Parking lot behind the hotel is on 6$/day on the weekend. I would not recommend paying for parking via the hotel. They had very limited spots around the hotel. They could also use a second person to help with check-ins. Rooms are large making it a good option for families. Good location.

I online booked a family suite with one king bed and two single beds in a separate bedroom. When we got to the hotel after a 10 Hour drive,we were informed that that room was not available anymore. When I asked how that can be possible, I was told that other guest that had checked in earlier had probably gotten one of those rooms. After a 45 minute wait and argument, we were able to get a room with a king bed and a sofa bed for the kids. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable for my kids to the point that they could feel the springs poking through the mattress. I had also asked for extra pillows and towels multiple times and never got them. The bathtub didn’t drain properly. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work properly. The countertop in the kitchen is cracked. As compensation for the whole situation, we did get $50 worth of meal vouchers, but that was after a fight. I did feel sorry for the lady that checked us in, she did try her best to make amends, but on a Saturday night she was the only one working. They had a huge international convention taking place and apparently only 1 person was working the check in desk. It was also apparent that she wasn’t really familiar with the type of rooms that this hotel had available. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that he won’t be on site till Monday as he doesn’t work weekends. I find that unacceptable that on a Saturday night when the hotel is fully booked with a big event, only one person is working to check people in.

Room was clean and service at the bar was excellent. Ash was helpful and professional

No one was answering the phone nor their buzzer at the lobby. Security had to let us in and even so, we stayed downstairs for 30 minutes trying to contact the number provided on the email but no one answered. Security had to accompany us to the apartment. Not a good experience after a long day.
