Staff was very polite, patient, and forgiving of course everyday travel frustrations and communication issues that can sometimes happen when traveling. This was a very welcomed facet to their services. Warranted a review. Thanks for welcoming me !

予約経路が別で2泊したため、チェックインの際に部屋が変わる旨、ご説明いただきました。一泊目の際、部屋でくつろいでいると、部屋の電話でお荷物はそのまま部屋に残して頂ければ、2泊目の部屋に移動しておきますよ。とわざわざ連絡してくださいました。ありがたかったです。部屋は清潔で、バスもカビ一つ見当たりませんでした。朝食も無駄なものがなく、どれも一つ一つ美味しかったです。言うことありません。また利用させていただきたいです。

良い滞在型ホテルです

場所も良く、室内も設備が整っていて、清潔で、良かったです。また、ホテル内にレストランもあってよい旅ができました。朝食のビュッフェも美味しかったです。敷地内の駐車場が小さくて第三駐車場に止めるのに時間がかかりました。

1泊利用させて頂きました！清潔で温泉もあり、朝食も美味しく頂け良かったです^^お世話になりましたお部屋が少し狭く感じたのと夜ホテル内のレストランが営業していなかったが少し残念でしたがまた近くに伺う際には宿泊したいと思いますありがとうございました！
