It is a pretty standard, well run Japanese chain hotel with good service as usual. The rooms and the public area is tight and the location is excellent. Tsukuba was fully booked at the time of my stay.

Well located, close to the bus and train station. That's perfect. Even if no good English speakers, the staff tries it's best to satisfy customers. Renovation in progress

Property was located next to train station so very convenient. Amenities were nice and room was clean. My dislike of the room and hallway was the smell of cigarette smoke even though i requested a non smoking room.

Staff were very professional. They explained everything and provided written instructions. The room had a view of Mt Tsukuba and was very clean. Laundry facilities also available for guest use with a small fee which was very convenient.

スタッフの対応はお掃除の方含めて、顔を合わせると挨拶してくださったり、困り事がないか気遣ってくれたりと素晴らしかったです。部屋も清潔で仕様も必要なものは揃っており、安心して宿泊できます。 アメニティはロビーでピックアップできるし、パジャマ(ワンピース型)が揃っているのもありがたいです。 チェックイン、アウトは機械を操作するのですがスタッフが教えてくれます。

ホテル周囲は広々して車で立ち寄りやすい環境です。駐車場は立体が併設されており満車になっても隣の立体駐車場があり青空駐車しなくてすみます。料金に見合った清潔感と部屋の広さがあり筑波サーキットでイベントがあったので前泊に利用しましたが良いホテルでした。オイルマッサージをお願いしたのですがフロントの方が私の希望を的確に聞き取り提案してくれたのでとても良い印象が残りました。

機械による自動チェックイン・チェックアウトが導入されていたので、フロントで並ぶ時間が短縮されました。 また、お部屋の清掃が行き届いていたので、3泊の滞在中、タオルの交換だけで充分快適に過ごせました。 私がつくば駅周辺でホテルを利用するなら第一候補のホテルです。
