“The attentiveness of the staff is on another level here. This is a new hotel, but the level of comfort you feel here is incredible and all because of how caring the staff here is. We got greeted with a cocktail, everything was explained from beginning to an end. It was a hot day and all the guests at the pool were given cold towels, then a glass of a cold apple smoothie and on top of it we got asked if we want our sunglasses to be cleaned. “The staff were all excellent and very helpful and friendly. The food was good and lots of choice with the breakfast being my favourite. Although it stars putting towels out was not allowed we watched from our balcony each morning to see people doing it from very early then disappearing back inside.”
