“If you plan to stay, especially a non-German speakers, check-in early before staff get off work. It will be somewhat difficult to find your room and keys. We are lucky that there are ground staff still working and called the manager to come for check-in. Otherwise, it is a fantastic place to stay.”

“Good location (easy to train station and to ZRH from there) and spacious clean room. But - big but - BIG problem with communication here. I’m not a big complainer, but this was bad. I booked a room for two nights as I often do when my travel plans can change and I’m arriving early in the morning and want a room ready. The hotel messaged me asking what time I expected to arrive and I informed them it was likely to be after 2100 on Saturday or earlier sunday morning. I expected to be told what to...
