Comenzando el año 2025, playa y piscina

Pase los primeros días del mes en el hotel, habitación primer piso, cerca a la piscina . Algunas cosas que podrían mejorar sería el mantenimiento a la ventana que era muy duro para abrir, el teléfono que no funciono ( pero que se solucionó comunicándome por wsp con recepción ), y el baño que pareciera no estar en buenas condiciones . Pienso que algunas cosas son un poco antiguas u oxidadas por la brisa del mar . Sin embargo ha sido una buena experiencia, el tener la piscina, playa al alcance . Las personas que atienden son muy atentas y dispuestas a ayudar . Da mucha tranquilidad y seguridad estar allí, se siente bastante familiar y despreocupado . Me agrado mucho la limpieza rápida y buen aroma que colocan en la habitación .

la piscina es amplia y el agua estaba limpia. El agua caient eno llegaba a la ducha por las noches. Hay un senor que hace limpieza muy despota pero las senoras del front desk son muy amables y respetuosas.

Excelente!

Muy limpio, buenas instalaciones y tranquilo. Sólo debe mejorar las porciones de su desayuno y poner un letrero en la parte alta del hotel porque el que tiene no se nota y uno puede pasar frente a él y no percatarse del hotel.

Convince in the but needs some upgrades.

The layout is a bit dated but nice. Clerk did not have a record of our reservation at check in, which caused a stressful 20 minutes. There were litterally dozens of dead crickets in our room that we had to clean up ourselves. There was a sliding glass door in the room which had no lock only a chain. No hot water on arrival. Had to wait for the water heater to be turned on and heat up. Shower head was so corroded that water trickled out. In fact, as much water leaked around the heads threaded connection as came out the shower head itself.
