Central hotel, well situated to Troyes centre. Friendly staff who suggested restaurants, bars & vineyards near by. The car parking is very expensive.

Very clean and well located hotel. Friendly welcome and helpful staff. Couldn't really fault the hotel but it felt soulless - I didn't see another guest during the one night stay,

Great location for exploring the city (easy to find near the Cathedral). Lovely rooms although no small sink in the separate toilets. Staff very helpful although in the bar often stretched due to demands. Lovely breakfast (you can order eggs) but surprisingly only bar snacks in the evening. Would stay again as we didn’t get time to try the spa.

The room was very nice as was the spa facilities. However despite having to catch a booking for Le Shuttle requiring an early check-out at 6am I discovered my car was locked behind a lot of other cars in the underground car park. Clearly a lack of communication as it was also affecting another couple of guests. I managed to leave the hotel 1.5 hours later and thankfully just managed to get to the Le Shuttle on time. The staff were helpful but the process needs to improve.

Room comfortable, although the steps down to the bathroom were a poor design. Location excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Was able to park out front (low season). Dining was limited to eating in the bar; would have preferred full restaurant. I would definitely stay here again.

A truly lovely hotel, distinguished by its exceptionally motivated and attentive staff. Throughout our stay, we wanted for nothing — every need was anticipated and graciously met. Particularly noteworthy is the hotel’s superb location, just steps from the cathedral, the Cœur de Troyes, and the enchanting old town, with its charming timber-framed houses, inviting cafés, and excellent restaurants. A delightful base from which to explore this historic and picturesque city.

Beautiful Hotel in Troyes

This is a beautiful hotel with gracious and helpful hotel staff. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were beautifully decorated. The location was convenient to the city center. We did not have time to try the spa, so we will return as soon as we can.
